Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SPS Motorcycles Ltd website (spsmotorcycles.co.uk) and the products and services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

SPS Motorcycles Ltd is registered in England and Wales with its registered address at 143 Wakefield Rd, Barnsley, S71 1ND.

2. Products and Services

We sell new and used motorcycles, scooters, and mopeds, as well as accessories, parts, and tyres. We also provide workshop servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. All products and services are subject to availability.

Images and descriptions on this website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display reflects the exact appearance of a product.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in British Pounds (GBP). Prices for new vehicles are manufacturer's recommended retail prices (RRP) and exclude on-the-road (OTR) charges unless stated otherwise. OTR charges include registration, first year's road tax, delivery, and pre-delivery inspection.

Service and repair charges are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and parts required. A final quote will be provided before any work is carried out.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the point of sale.

4. Finance

Finance is subject to status and is arranged through our authorised finance partners. SPS Motorcycles Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender. All finance applications are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant finance provider. We may receive a commission from the finance provider for introducing your application.

5. Orders and Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle or place a special order. Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle or product cannot be supplied as agreed. The balance is due on collection or delivery of the vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to supply the product. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

6. Warranties

New vehicles are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty as standard. Warranty terms and durations vary by manufacturer -- please ask for details at the point of sale.

Used vehicles may be supplied with a dealer warranty depending on age and mileage. The terms of any warranty will be confirmed in writing at the point of sale.

Workshop services and repairs carry a workmanship guarantee. If you experience an issue with work we have carried out, please contact us and we will aim to resolve it promptly.

7. Returns and Cancellations

If you purchase a vehicle or product in our showroom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

For distance sales (purchases made over the phone or online), you have a 14-day cooling off period from the date of delivery in which you may cancel and return the product for a full refund, provided the goods are in their original condition.

Bespoke or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return. Please check at the time of ordering.
